- Friday 16th September at 2000 - reception at Collegium Maius, Kraków, Jagiellońska 15 Street;
- Sunday 18th September at 1130 - trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine, departure at 1000 from the Auditorium Maximum, Kraków, Krupnicza 33 Street;
- Sunday 18th September at 1430 - luncheon at the Saltworks Castle, Wieliczka, Zamkowa 8 Street.
